1. 7. Termination Wave Mall Seller may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

Wave Mall Seller expressly disclaims any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
